When working online with Eric Whitney, I quickly realized, this is an honest soul, and I like his style. He was quick to respond, with accurate information, and even kept me updated on what was happening behind the scenes. This is exactly my expectation for top notch customer service. Even though the deal did not come together for us...because of me, I would buy from him without question in the future.
Everyone was great. Brook said that it would take an hour and a half and it only took an hour. Also, everything was perfect.
It was great and done on the time they stated to us and only the work.
My 2014 Chevy Equinox infotainment system (radio, gps, etc…) stopped working. I made an appointment at Green Chevrolet. Their technician identified the broken part and repaired it the same day. They also updated the software. The service advisor kept us updated while we waited. The infotainment now works as it should.
Edgar was absolutely amazing to work with. From inquiring about a vehicle on the phone to the end of the sale He was not pushy, made sure we were comfortable at all times and was just very genuine. True professional in my book.

I arrived hoping to find a 2025 Equinox Active that had most of what I wanted. I was greeted outside the dealership by a salesperson who worked for two hours to put together the exact vehicle and deal and then stayed late to deliver it. I was very impressed

Seth Ryan is the salesman to have. No pressure and he explains things. I felt very comfortable buying from Greens.
We liked our sales guy but the finance guy was way too pushy and time-consuming, esp. with extended warranty and gap insurance. And not very transparent when it came to the subject of interest rates. You need to really educate yourself if you buy a car from them and be assertive.
beyond exceptional to work with we did this all by phone i would buy from them over again. all were wonderful and knowledgeable and always got back to us in a timely manner. Logan Kennedy and Tyler Masterson were exceptional and very helpful.
Professional, very good, everything went well. I would go back again when it’s time to look for another car.
Watched the price of an used vehicle increase by $500 within the first week, after test drive salesperson gave me a price and would not go down in price at all. Completely uncooperative and unwilling to work with me at all, left and was glad I went to another dealership!

The General Manager Rod Rose, the general manager, went out of his way to help with a title issue on my trade and personally engaged to make everything work out. I had the pleasure of dealing with Seth R, John R, and Ken!! Everyone was super responsive, attentive, and polite! The Vette was priced reasonable and all is well after driving it for a week. I only wished I lived closer so I could utilize the 2 years of free oil changes and maintenance! The Vette was on site, clean and just waiting for me. I drove 400+ miles from Louisville, KY and everything worked like a charm.....just like it was supposed to!!
30th Aug, 2021, I was giving a quote by Green Chevrolet, Service Department, East Moline, IL. The quote was $2100 dollars to replace an AC condenser and recharge the AC. I asked to see the break down of the cost. Condenser cost $236.00, recharge cost $175.00, labor 5.2 hours X $150an hour = $780 Add together $236 + $175 + $780 = $1,191.00 plus taxes. Do NOT buy an extended warranty with Green. Both times I took my vehicle in for service I was told that they could not help me and that I had to take it to a Kia dealership. I am more than $600 out of pocket in the past two months for repairs that should have been covered under my extended warranty. These people are scammers.
Ivan Dull was our salesman and I am extremely satisfied with my great experience today! I had a very difficult situation and he went above and beyond to help me. He was fantastic, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and made my whole experience easier less stressful. We also worked with Jesus, he was friendly and also went above and beyond! Treated us all like family! I will definitely continue to work with Green Chevy with this car and future cars. And I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

Don't bother contacting them. They will never respond. I provided them with everything they need to make a valid offer. Spoke to 2 different people with neither following through on quote. They advertise home delivery. But who could use that if never hear back from them? Absolutely terrible customer service.

Purchased new truck and after 3 weeks took it to the service dept because of noise in the cab. Service dept didn't do anything just said that was the way the truck is. After contacting Chevrolet customer care my case agent said that Green told them I was told about the noise when I bought the truck. That is a flat out LIE. No one ever told me of the issue when I purchased truck. Green has no integrity and wont stand behind their vehicles
Excellent service! This was by far one of my best vehicle buying experiences ever. As a previous floor manager of a dealership I expect a lot and my expectations were exceeded. I made a long distance purchase of a lightly used Chevy Tahoe after seeing it on their website and I couldn't be happier. A sales representative, contacted us after we requested online for someone to contact us and inform us on what was available on the Green Chevrolet lot. I told him we lived 50 miles away and we were looking for a midsize SUV, such as a Buick Enclave, a GMC Acadia or a Chevrolet Traverse. Not much to tell, Rob was great, everything went as planned, and they found and fixed the problem quickly. Engine light is now off and that makes my wife very happy.
I brought my car in for an oil change and was greeted by Rob Standard the Service Advisor. He was very professional in all aspects of the job. He suggested that I should have something done to my car that was needed due to the mileage. I am certainly glad he suggested it. We are driving on a long trip soon and I want my car to be perform at it's peak ability.

The representative (Pete) was inconsistent with keeping my updated on car arrivals. He was a little pushy on having my purchase cars that I was NOT interested in. The overall atmosphere of the place was horrible. I purchased my previous car at this location with (Cliff), who was resigned and he was by far the greatest Greens rep that I have EVER dealt with on this car lot in particular. The other representative weren't hospitable as well. I won't be back to visit any time soon or ever.
My husband I were looking to buy a SUV with a third row to meet the needs of our growing family. Pete was very friendly and professional. He worked with us so I could drive home in the SUV that I wanted with payments we were comfortable with. I would recommend Green to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle!
I am very particular about my vehicle which is a GMC Terrain I was very pleased with the professionalism of the service department. Was in and out in a very short time which was good because my friend and I had Christmas shopping to do. They also offered me car wash coupons and I didn't even ask for them which I used that day. When we laughed I was also told to have a good day I felt like it was a great experience and would recommend the dealership highly.
The experience at the dealership was great. My service was a recall that took less than one hour. I enjoyed the clean waiting room with internet access.All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed the overall experience in purchasing a new vehicle from Green. Bryce was very helpful and took the time to explain all the features on the car we were looking at so that we were comfortable in knowing what we were buying. He also helped us through the On-Star activation process as well as the XM setup. Bryce was very quick and attentive in providing the information via email that we needed when deciding on which vehicle would best suit our needs before coming into the dealership.
I live about an hour and a half away from dealership but was well worth driving there for the service. I was able to do most of the process by email and phone so the actual signing process did not take long at all. I have dreaded buying vehicles due to previous experiences at other dealerships but this time was so much better and I will definitely deal with them again. Very friendly and helpful.
